This "single piece" option more used in the PCB prototype or big size board.

Panelization is a procedure whereby a number of PCBs are grouped for manufacturing onto a larger board - the panel.
Usually a panel (array layout) consists of a single design.
Notice the adjacent board distance (V-score spacing) need less than 0.5mm, or equal 0.0mm.

Min length or width: 10 mm. (±0.1 mm)
Max length or width: 500 mm.

Please make sure each panel or single board contains an outline layer.

If PCB panelization, DiGPCB only calculate the PCB's maximum outline size rather than small board size.

Silk screen color (also known as character color).
Use both silkscreen with no additional cost.
Please remove remarks characters or delete silkscreen files directly.

If possible, removing unwanted silkscreen layer file.

Full series PCB board. They can be applied to variety of competitive products.
Please preferred to select the 1.0 - 1.6 mm thickness.

For PCB prototype or all orders. Please preferred to select the green color.

1) If select 'White' solder mask, then the silkscreen color default is 'Black'.

2) If PCBs is single layer like as LED board. Please take the initiative to clarify double-sided solder mask colored.

The "Minimum drill hole" represents the minimum drill diameter.

Like as long-shaped slots, the minimum drill diameter is 1.00 mm. Otherwise easy to damage the drill tools.

All PCB default is Lead-tin solders(HASL). This is the most widely used solders.
