FR1: copper foil + laminated paper
CEM1: copper foil + glass fiber fabric + laminated paper + glass fiber fabric
FR4 (single layer): copper foil + glass fiber fabric
FR4 (double layer): copper foil + glass fiber fabric + copper foil
